You can pay online if you prefer. If you don't pay the correct fee, this will slow down processing your application/s. We process them in the order received.

The application fees are as follows:

$50 Per Person
$60 Married Couple-If you are married less than one year you will need to fill out a separate application.
$30 Co-Signer
$30 Background Check

Please provide the information requested on the 3rd page of the application. (paycheck stubs, tax statement, LES, voucher, award letter, etc.)
Make sure you have provided current & previous phone numbers for your employer, landlord, references, etc.
Our goal is to process an application and have the results back to the landlord within 72 hrs. We have to work together to accomplish this.
